Admiral Robert J. Papp, Jr. USCG (Ret.), U.S. State Department Special Representative for the Artic, makes the connection between changes in the Arctic and sea level rise in Florida. This video was presented as part of FAU's 3rd Sea-Level Rise Summit on May 5, 2016 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The 2 1/2 day summit convened private and public sector stakeholders as well as academia and civil society to find adaptation solutions for the impacts of sea level rise.
