The funded project for 2024 was:

• Khaled Sobhan, Ph.D.,  professor in FAU’s Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatics Engineering, received $50,000 for "Alternative Foundation System for Large Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) with Lower Economical and Environmental Cost: A Proof-of-Concept Study for Sustainable Design and Construction.”
