Setup will take place in the Marriott Resort, 2nd floor foyer area between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Wednesday, November 16. Teardown your exhibit between 12:00pm and 3:00pm on Friday, November 18.
Shipping Information
Materials will be accepted at the Marriott Resort no earlier than Friday, November 11 and returned from the Marriott no later than Wednesday, November 23.

Flat fee of $5/box will be charged for shipping and handling. Return shipping is handled through Marriott security.
Return labels and carrier account information must be provided to the security department.
Marriott Resort charge for Internet connections is
$250/day
