In addition to our established relationship with the State University System, the Center maintains a formal relationship with a number of state, national, and international partners through a series of Memorandum of Understandings of Agreement. These business agreements allow the Center to enter into specific contracts with a partner to work or submit a proposal on a specific task of interest to both parties. Each of the partners has a little different focus than the other.
Corporate Partners
CES established the corporate partnership program to foster long-term working relationships with private sector companies. The program seeks Florida firms that interface with the environment and wish to have an opportunity to expand their business opportunities through activities of the Center. The corporate partnership program seeks to:
- Advance the goals of CES by providing corporate access to the expertise of Florida universities;
- Support forums for furthering environmental and economic integration in Florida;
- Facilitate productive research, information and training relationships among the universities and state, national and international agencies for both public and private sectors.
