Rosen PLAZA requires that all reservations be secured by a major credit card, which will be used as a guarantee only, not a deposit. Guaranteed reservations are refundable if individual reservations are cancelled at least five (5) days prior to arrival; however, credit cards will be billed one night's room and tax for no shows or cancellations within five (5) days of arrival.
