Join us on board our 30’ pontoon boat as we explore the diversity and abundance of the Kissimmee River. Secondary teachers will have the opportunity to perform water quality tests, identify native and exotic plants and conduct bird surveys all while learning about the world’s largest river restoration project. After completion of the workshop teachers are invited to bring their students to the Riverwoods Field Laboratory to participate in our student field studies program.
