$100 – Student Service-Learning Program:
Helps with the purchase of native plants, gardening tools and supplies for our Arboretum and butterfly gardens that are used as teaching labs.
$300 – Student Field Studies Program:
Helps with the purchase of field equipment such as binoculars and GPS units for students’ use in program.
$400 – Explore the Kissimmee River for Students and Adults:
Helps with the purchase of a replacement canoe for use while exploring the Kissimmee River to learn about the restoration project.
$500 – Student Field Studies program:
Support sponsors an overnight workshop at Riverwoods for under-served students from local middle or high schools in Florida’s Heartland.
$1000 – Student Field Studies Program:
Helps with the purchase of water quality testing equipment such as dissolved oxygen and ph probes, and other supplies and field equipment needed for the program.
$5000 – Explore the Kissimmee River for Students and Adults:
Helps with the purchase of an environmentally friendly 4-stroke engine for CES’ Kissimmee Explorer pontoon boat used in student and adult programs.
$5000 – Sponsor a Summer Internship:
Will allow us to hire a summer student intern to support our Education programs.
$7500 – Sponsor a Teacher Summer Internship:
Will allow us to hire a science teacher during the summer to support our Education programs.
