INTRODUCTION

The first conference of it's kind, "Applied Management of Conservation Lands in Florida" is convened by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission along with the program committee. The intent of this conference is to provide a forum for the exchange of new ideas, approaches, methods, and pertinent data on applied management of conservation lands in Florida, with an emphasis on vegetation management.
